Ms. Paper Pile vs. Ms. Totally Tidy

Last week, we discussed dialoguing with opposing internal feelings as part of this month's series on managing the everyday ups and downs of daily life.

If you haven't had a chance to write a written dialogue, do try it this week. Here's an example to get you started:
  • Ms. Paper Pile: Help, I'm drowning in this pile of papers!

  • Ms. Totally Tidy: How can I help?

  • Ms. Paper Pile: I don't even know where to begin. That's the problem.

  • Ms. Totally Tidy: How about starting with one piece of paper at a time.

  • Ms. Paper Pile: Then what?

  • Ms. Totally Tidy: Go on to the next. Start with what's in front of you and work from there. Then, on to the next, and the next, and so on...

  • Ms. Paper Pile: You make it sound so easy.

  • Ms. Totally Tidy: Well, try it and see for yourself.
Have fun with this and let us know what happens by taking just a moment to share your experience below.

Take good care,
