- What if you got up 30 minutes earlier in the morning? What could you accomplish?
- What if you watched one hour less television per week?
- What if instead of “sort of” having a workout plan, you actually committed to a regular activity at least three days a week?
- What if you changed your diet to include a few more vegetables a week?
- What if you did one small random act of kindness every day for the next month?
