When Small Things are Big Things

Have you ever noticed that small changes can sometimes produce big results? The trick is to figure out what small things to change. Here are some questions to think about:
  • What if you got up 30 minutes earlier in the morning? What could you accomplish?

  • What if you watched one hour less television per week?

  • What if instead of “sort of” having a workout plan, you actually committed to a regular activity at least three days a week?

  • What if you changed your diet to include a few more vegetables a week?

  • What if you did one small random act of kindness every day for the next month?
