Do You Have Gratitude for Your Thoughts & Feelings?

This month we have been looking at several different ways to experience gratitude. This week, consider those times in your life when you are grateful for your ability to both think and feel. For example, consider:
  • Your sense of humor (if you have one)!

  • Your ability to solve problems and find solutions

  • Your ability to think through issues and modify your behavior accordingly

  • Your ability to feel compassion for others

  • Your ability to forgive yourself and others

  • Your ability to love

  • Your ability to be grateful
This week, spend some time jotting down the gratitude you have for your ability to both feel and think. As you spend a few moments doing this list, notice how it makes you feel. Share what happens below.
