What is Possible for Your Health?

This week we will be exploring possibilities for your health. Allow yourself to imagine how it would feel if:
  • You finally made the weight goal you have been trying to achieve for years. Better yet, imagine maintaining it!

  • You did something you have never done before like running a half marathon, or competing in a mini-triathlon.

  • You gave up an unhealthy habit and substituted a healthy one, like giving up late night snacks and instead started to eat breakfast in the morning.

  • You started getting enough sleep and woke up refreshed in the morning or learned to take power naps in the middle of the afternoon
Consider the above ideas and add your own. This week, take some time to think, imagine and write about possibilities for your health. Share what you observe below.
