What's Working?

Last week I suggested you review the film “Fill Your Bucket Well” (www.FillYourBucketWell.com). This week I suggest you notice the habits you have and the actions you take that are currently working for you. In other words, in what ways are you currently filling your daily bucket well? For example:
  • No matter how tired you are, you make the bed in the morning and do the dishes at night

  • Whether you feel like it or not, you get yourself over to the gym at least three times a week

  • You make regular calls to family members

  • You get back to people quickly and avoid papers piling up on your desk
This week, consider the things you are currently doing that fill your daily bucket well. Many of us have a tendency to look at what we don’t accomplish instead of what we do accomplish. Make notes and share what you discover on our blog.
