What Do You Want this Holiday Season?

Last week I suggested you give some thought as to how you want to feel at the end of the month. That way, hopefully you can create some experiences now. What specifically would lift your spirits? Consider these ideas:
  • Spending time writing, drawing, painting, or making music or art?

  • Cooking healthy meals for yourself and/or sharing food with others?

  • Catching up with books you have been looking forward to reading or films you have wanted to watch?

  • Contacting friends or relatives with whom you have been out of touch?
Of course, you may have many obligations to others this holiday season, but give some thought to what you want for yourself. Make notes and share your thoughts below.
