While you may frequently say, “Take care,” to others, how often do you say the same thing to yourself? For me, it is quite seldom. What would it be like if you take care of yourself as much as you take care of others?
Here are some ideas I came up with:
- I would probably have a lot less stress
- I would likely have more time to myself
- I would probably have more energy
- I would likely feel better physically
Hmmm…something to think about, isn’t it?
This week do some thinking about what it would mean if you take of yourself in the same way you take care of others. Make some notes and share what you learned.
