Are you Feeling Your Goals?

In our discussion this month so far we have discussed ways to support the visual and auditory aspects of our goals. For some people, the physical sense of feeling goals is also a powerful way to keep goals present. If you are primarily a kinesthetic person, here are some ways to help you stay focused on your goals:
  • Have tactile objects in your workspace, like a rock, a shell, or a piece of sea glass

  • Use other objects from nature to keep close by like leaves, driftwood, or a bird feather

  • Have fresh flowers, pieces of fabric, or a piece of jewelry within a touchable distance
If you are primarily a kinesthetic person, this week, spend some time creating the physical feeling of your goals. Even if you are not particularly kinesthetic, try to find simple objects that remind you of your goals. The more ways you have to be reminded of your goals, the better!
