Let’s start with the obvious. This week begin a list of the things in your life that you are grateful for. For example, consider:
- Your home and where you live
- Your means of transportation (car, bicycle, and public transportation)
- The food you eat (the food you shop for, grow in your garden, and prepare)
- The natural world around you (lakes, streams, rivers, oceans, forests, and mountains)
