What is Possible in Your Work or Career?

Every year a friend of mine picks a “word of the year” to serve as a touchstone or theme throughout the year. I decided to let a word come to me, and one popped up right away. The word is possibilities. This month we will be focusing on possibilities in four different areas. To begin, consider:

What are the biggest possibilities you can imagine in Your Work or Career?

• Is it time to finish that book you said you would finish last year?
  
  
• Is it time to ask for the promotion you know you deserve?
  
  
• Is it time to make the career change that is long overdue?
