Fall – The Season of Fading Light

A couple of weeks ago, I introduced the fall season for this month’s topic. Fall is the season between the longest day of the year and the shortest day of the year. It seems a good time to consider what might be fading besides the daylight. Take a moment and think about:
  • What in your life is slowing down or coming to an end? Are there friendships or relationships that need to change?

  • Are there habits or actions that you take on a regular basis that no longer serve you?

  • Are there projects or tasks that need to be let go of?

  • Are there patterns of thought that need to fade out of your life?
Fall, the season that connects sunny summer days and dark days of winter. Think about this season of transformation as the light begins to fade. Record your thoughts and share them below.

Take good care,
