Gifts for Your Body

This month we have been discussing ways to take care of yourself this holiday season. When we get busy, it is easy to forget to take care of yourself, physically. Consider:
  • Getting a manicure or pedicure
  • Scheduling a massage for yourself
  • Making something really healthy for dinner
  • Allowing yourself some comfort food, too (hot cocoa with tiny marshmallows or a grilled cheese sandwich)
  • Taking a leisurely bath, lighting candles, using bubble bath or bath salts
