Pictures and Pie

How did your pie exercise go? If you haven’t done it yet, try it now. Again, divide a large circle into eight parts, labeling each part with an area of your life. Then write a few words or phrases about where you are in each of the areas.

Next, create another circle and label the sections in the same way as the first circle. Near this circle, write the date a year from now. Fill in each section with where you want to be in your life in a year. Try creating a collage with pictures representing these areas.

Put your circle somewhere where you can see it. If possible, put the collage nearby so you can look at both the circle and the collage together. Notice how you feel when you look at your circle and at your collage.
