One Bite of Pie at a Time

Having done some thinking and imagining about the future in the last few weeks, this is a good time to plan some action steps. Here’s how to get started. Select two areas of your life you are especially interested in changing. For example, maybe you need to consider your finances. What one task can you complete this week related to your finances?

Or, maybe you need to consider health issues. What one task can you complete this week that helps you move toward your health goals? 

The way to bridge important goals to daily action is to take small, bite-sized steps. Small steps day after day will eventually bring you exactly where you want to be.
