Take Care

It is not uncommon to say to someone or sign off an e-mail or letter with “Take care.” I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately, both in terms of taking care of others and taking care of myself. What does it mean to say to someone else, “Take care?” Consider these ideas:
  • Pay attention to your health (eat well, exercise, get enough quality sleep)

  • Be kind to yourself (be gentle, speak with yourself in a loving way)

  • Take time to relax (read a good book, watch a film)
Do some thinking about what you mean when you say, “Take care” to others.

Give it a try and share your thoughts below. Stay tuned. More next week.
