The Power of Visualization

One helpful way to work toward your goals is to take a few minutes each day to visualize your ideal future. Sit alone, quietly. Allow your body to relax; let your breathing slow. Now picture yourself some time in the future (one year, two years, or five years, etc.).
  • What do you see in this visualization?

  • How do you look?

  • What is going on around you?

  • Do you look happy and pleased with yourself?

  • How do you feel?

  • Is there anything you want to change in the picture you see? 
When your visualization becomes clear to you, make some notes about what you see.

Give this a try! Don’t underestimate the power of visualization in your life.
