So far this month, I’ve written about getting clear on what it is you want in terms of goals and priorities. Although it might be fun to do these exercises in your birthday month, you can do them anytime.
I mentioned last week that I would be writing about my life goals each day and would let you know what happened. Here’s what I learned so far:
- Writing regularly about goals keeps them in my awareness
- Writing about my goals helps me get clearer on what I want
- Writing about my goals helps to focus
- Writing about my goals helps me to plan better day by day
- Writing about what I want in the future makes me feel happy
If you haven’t already done so, do some writing about your own goals.
