Write it Down, Make it Happen

Henriette Anne Klauser's book, Write it Down, Make it Happen has always intrigued me. Laura A. King wrote about the benefits of writing about goals in an article titled "The Health Benefits of Writing About Life Goals."

Writing down goals sounds good, but does it really work? I'm about to do an experiment. For the rest of the month I will spend time each and every day writing about my life goals. I'll let you know what happens.

What about you? Would you like to join me in this challenge? Here's all you have to do. Spend about five minutes a day, writing about your own life goals. While you are doing so, notice how this activity makes you feel.
