Last week I suggested you consider the many ways you experience freedom every day. I would like to take this concept a little deeper and consider specifically what freedom allows you to do as you go about prioritizing your day. For example, I can decide:
- What to do with my time and how I will organize my day.
- What I will eat, how I will exercise, and how I will take care of my body.
- With whom I will spend time.
- How I will replenish myself, physically.
- How I will provide myself with spiritual support.
This week consider not only the many ways you enjoy freedom, but specifically, how freedom impacts your daily priorities.
