If you find yourself feeling a little blue, even in the midst of holiday preparations, you are not alone. Many people experience some degree of what is called Seasonal Affective Disorder, abbreviated appropriately as SAD. It means that there is less sunlight during the winter months and this can impact how we feel.

- Bring home a bouquet of flowers
- Eat a meal alone and create a lovely place setting
- Do a gratitude meditation for five minutes before going to bed
