Set YOUR Priorities

It may have been awhile since you first viewed “The Bucket Movie.” You might want to watch it again. Just go to www.thebucketmovie.com

What is The Bucket Movie all about? It’s about you and your priorities, how you fill each and every day.

In our busy lives, daily conflicting priorities are practically a given.
Take a few moments to yourself today. Become quiet. Let your breathing slow and deepen. Close your eyes if it’s comfortable for you to do so.

When you are ready, pick up a pen and write answers to these questions quickly, without stopping or editing:
  • What are the most important things I need to accomplish today?
  • What do I need to do today to give myself the greatest level of satisfaction?
This week, try doing this ten-minutes-or-less exercise each day and notice what happens.

More next week,
