- Take a deep breath. Re-focus. Consider what harm was done.
- Apologize or make amends if that is appropriate.
- Get back on board and take care of business immediately.
- When you do have a free moment, take some time to gently consider where you went off course.
- Review your organizational system and tweak as necessary.

Susan,
I just can't seem to get focused on doing the things on my bucket list. I know I need to do them but I just seem to look at the list and see it but not move on it. Just daydream... I just can't get any enthusium going
