Get Ready for Summer!

What do you remember most about summer vacation? Hopefully you remember that it was fun. Even if you don’t have actual vacation plans, this month we will be looking at ways to both prioritize what’s important and have fun while doing it. Here are some ideas to get started:
  • No matter what the task, ask yourself if there is a more pleasurable way to do it.
  • Whenever possible or appropriate, make a game out of what you’re doing.
  • Try setting a kitchen timer and then challenge yourself to “beat the clock”.
  • Add some favorite small rocks, leaves or flowers to your work space.
  • Add a colorful straw to a cold beverage at your desk.
  • Arrange a few favorite photos around your desk, especially pictures of children at play.
I hope you enjoy this list of ideas and add some of your own. Experiment and let us know what works for you by commenting below.
