What are YOUR next Goal Action Steps?

Over the last few weeks we have explored goal setting and goal getting, looking at the difference between “why” and “how” goals, the value of commitment, and how to increase willpower to accomplish these goals. In this last week of the month, take a few moments to:
  • Review some recent goals you have set for yourself.

  • Determine if these goals were motivated by “why” or “how.”

  • Review the level of your commitment to these goals.

  • Explore if you were you able to increase your willpower in relationship to the goals you set for yourself. Think about why or why not this was so.

  • Consider what you might do differently about these goals in the next month.

  • Determine what you learned about yourself from working on these goals.

  • Decide what your next action steps will be in relationship to these goals.
