Accomplishments from the Inside

December is a great time for looking backward and planning forward—our theme for this month. Please do find a few uninterrupted quiet minutes to consider and make some notes:
  • Think about any changes you have made in your spiritual practice, or if you are now spending more time meditating or journaling.

  • Notice if you have had any changes in your attitude such as acting kinder to strangers, being a more considerate neighbor or a more courteous driver.

  • Notice if you have changed the way you are acting toward those closest to you, such as being more loving to your partner, spending more quality time with friends, becoming a better listener.

  • Notice if you are eating in a healthier way, exercising more, or taking care of yourself in a more loving way.
     
  • Consider your feelings such as whether you are feeling happier more frequently, or are less grouchy when you wake up in the morning.
