Set Good Habits In Motion for 2012

To make good choices about how to fill your bucket well each day, now is a good time to set good habits in motion for the upcoming year. Consider:
  • Do I have quiet time set aside each day to journal or meditate? It’s hard to make good decisions without taking some quiet, alone time.

  • Am I taking care of myself? Do I exercise regularly? Am I eating well? Am I getting enough sleep?

  • Do I have a good balance between work time, playtime, family time, time with friends, and time by myself?

  • Do I spend time each day, or at least several times a week in reading, pursuing new knowledge, or studying something new?

  • Do I take time for my spiritual practice?
There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. They are offered only as guidelines as you plan for the upcoming year.
