Are You Blue Sky Shy?

How are you doing with your Blue Sky Goals? It may be that you are feeling a little shy about writing down what you really want. You may be hearing an internalized critical voice saying things like:
  • “Who do you think you are to want that?”

  • “You can’t do that! You don’t have enough money (or talent, or skill, or intelligence, etc.)”

  • “I’ll never get what I really want because I’m too busy putting out fires every day.”

  • “I can’t have what I want because I’m not smart enough (or tall enough, or thin enough, etc.)”

  • “I don’t deserve to have this.”
As you continue to write your Blue Sky–The Sky’s the Limit–Goals, pay attention to those thoughts that are critical of what you want. When you catch your critical voice taking over, write down what you hear. Share your experience below!

Take good care,
