- “I’m going to lose 25 pounds in the next two months by eating 1000 calories a day” vs. “I’ll be mindful of what I eat and plan on losing a pound a week.”
- “I’ll start calling my sister every week,” vs. “I’ll commit to calling my sister two times a month.”
