Same Time, Same Station

A Single Daily Action (SDA) is one small activity that is done on a daily basis toward a goal. To make it easier to do, it may be a good idea to repeat the SDA at the same time each day until it becomes a habit. For example:
  • Brushing your teeth each morning

  • Taking your vitamins or medication at a particular time each day

  • Making the bed after you get up in the morning

  • Washing dishes or putting them in the dishwasher after your meal

  • Putting your shoes away in the closet
This week, select something that feels like a little bit of a stretch for you, but with a bit of effort, you know you could manage. Repeat it each day at the same time. Share what happens below.

Take good care,
