Do You Have Gratitude for what you learn?

This month we have been looking at several different ways to experience gratitude. This week, consider those things in your life that you learn from and are grateful for. For example, consider what you learn from:
  • What you read in books, newspapers and magazines
  • What you read on-line and through electronic resources
  • Formal classes, either while getting a degree or stand alone classes
  • Travel, going back and forth to the office, trips, tours, walks, traveling near and far
  • Life lessons like rewards for doing the right thing, sticking to deadlines, driving carefully
  • Unexpected places like your children, other peoples’ children, strangers, people you have misjudged
This week, spend some time jotting down the sources from which you learn, sources you are grateful for. As you spend a few moments doing this list, notice how it makes you feel. Share what happens on our blog.

Take good care,
