Do You Have Intangible Gratitude?

During the month of November, less than a week before Thanksgiving, it is fitting to consider all that we are grateful for. This week, consider those things in your life that you are grateful for, but are intangible. For example:
  • Your young child or grandchild runs up and hugs you as though you are the most important person in the world

  • Last night’s sunset was extraordinary, a blending of colors and light that took your breath away

  • The project you have been working on for months is finally done, and you know you did a great job on it

  • The pleasure you are getting from the new novel you borrowed from the library   
This week, spend some time jotting down the intangible things you are grateful for. As you spend a few moments doing this list, notice how it makes you feel. Share what happens below.
