Is old STUFF taking up your space?

This month, as we continue to look at ways to say "no" to say "yes," consider your stuff. That's right, all the things you have that you don’t need or are holding onto because you might need later. Consider:
  • Clothes that you haven't worn in years and are taking up space in your closet.

  • Old textbooks or books that you no longer have any use for taking up space on your shelves.

  • Papers and files that are no longer current, useful, or needed and are taking up space in your file drawers.
It's hard to let in new ideas and experiences when old stuff is taking up all your space.

This week, take some time to think and write about the stuff in your life you need to say "no" to. While you're at it, take some time to clear out, recycle, or toss what you no longer need.

Share what you observe below.

Take good care,
