What Needs Improvement?

Last week I suggested you look at the things you are currently doing to fill your daily bucket well. This week we will look at those areas that might need improvement. Consider the types of activities you need to add to fill your bucket well. For example:
  • Pay bills in a more timely manner

  • Send out birthday cards on time to people who matter to you

  • Stay on your workout or exercise schedule

  • Spend some time menu-planning and eat healthier meals

  • Schedule self-care time for yourself on a daily basis.
This week, consider the things you are currently doing that need some improvement if you are to fill your daily bucket well. Make notes and share what you discover below.
