This month I would like to suggest an ongoing daily assignment, although the focus may change from day to day. Quickly without thinking, write down as many things as you can think of that give you reason to celebrate. (Repeats are fine). At the end of the month we can check back and notice how you felt during the month. Here are some things to get you started:
- Celebrate your own birthday, whenever that may be.
- Celebrate the season of spring and summer to follow.
- Celebrate your health.
- Celebrate your sense of humor.
- Celebrate the friendships in your life.
