Celebrate Miracles!

To continue with our theme of celebration for this month, I want to share a true story. Last week on my birthday, I woke up and instead of the personal internal grumbling I usually do about being a year older, I had this thought: Both of my parents died when I was in my twenties. I am now well past their ages at the time of their deaths and I am alive and healthy.

What happened? Nothing had changed from the year before except that suddenly everything looked different to me. That change in thinking felt like a miracle. What are the miracles in your life?
  • What about your health is a miracle?

  • What about your family is a miracle?

  • What about your work is a miracle?
This week each day, write down everything in your like that feels like a miracle. Notice how it feels to do this. Share your feelings below.

Take good care,
