The Pain of Procrastination

In our discussion of procrastination this month, we began noticing when we procrastinate. This week, let’s go further and look at the pain caused by procrastination. Consider for example if you:
  • Have ever lost money because you procrastinated (i. e. late with the rent or paying a bill and incurred extra charges)?

  • Have ever lost a friend, client, or business by not returning a call or responding in a timely way?

  • Have ever delayed a medical procedure or appointment and dealt with health complications?

This week, do some writing and thinking about all the ways procrastination has caused you pain or discomfort. Write down what you learn and share your thoughts below.

Take good care,
