You probably know the drill that happens all too frequently this time of the year—you run around taking care of everyone but yourself. This month, I would like to focus on what the holiday season means to you and how you can both enjoy it and and take care of yourself.
Imagine for a moment, that it is early January and you are looking back at this month. What would you have wished for? Consider these possibilities:
- Quality, peaceful time with family, friends, or loved ones
- Quiet time by yourself
- Relaxing, carefree activities
- Completing a project you have been wanting to finish
