This month I would like to discuss a new approach to the traditional list of New Year’s resolutions. But first, this week, if you haven’t already done so, begin by making a list of what you would like to accomplish this year. Consider these areas:
- What changes would you like to make regarding your health such as fitness, weight or lifestyle changes?
- What changes would you like to make regarding your work or professional life such as changing jobs, increasing your responsibilities, or attracting new clients?
- What changes would you like to make regarding your inner life such as adding more creative projects, writing, or art?
- What changes would you like to make in relationships such as getting together with old friends, making new friends, or repairing broken relationships?
This week, take some time to make a list of the changes you would like to make in the New Year. Share your thoughts below.
