Three Good Things, Plus


How did the Three Good Things exercise work for you last week? While it may be challenging to start doing this exercise on a regular basis, keep at it, and notice if anything shifts in your life. There is another component that deepens this experience. After you write down the three good things, note the part you played. For example, based on last week’s list:
  • Hall closet – You chose to clean the closet and follow through

  • Earrings – You made an effort to find the earrings

  • New recipe – You took a risk and experimented
Give this new approach a try; at the end of each day, write down three good things, plus the part you played in the positive result.
