In almost every religion in the world, the creed of the Golden Rule reminds us to treat others as we would treat ourselves. However, it’s easy to forget that we must also treat ourselves well. Imagine a world in which you and everyone else:
- Treated people with kindness
- Spoke and listened lovingly
- Gave generously of time
- Sought peaceful solutions
