Things to be grateful for are all around us. But sometimes something right in front of us, what may be obvious, is overlooked.
Consider these ideas:
- Gratitude for your health (you can walk, see, and hear)
- Gratitude for the food you eat (easy to buy or grow)
- Gratitude for your friends (those people who support you and spend time with you)
- Gratitude for those who love you (those people who care deeply about you)
- Gratitude for your pets (those dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals that are part of your family)
- Gratitude for your home (large, small, elegant or simple, you have a roof over your head)
Continue each day to write three things for which you are grateful. Notice how this activity makes you feel. Share your experience below.
