For the final article on gratitude, the theme for this month, consider things that you might not think of right away.
Consider these ideas:
- Libraries (you can actually borrow books, audio CDs, and e-books for free)
- Public parks (you can sit in nature, have a picnic, sit near a stream, or just enjoy being outdoors)
- Walking (you can walk around your own neighborhood, find a new place to walk, or walk with a friend)
- Music (you can turn on the radio, go to a concert, or download music)
