Just a Reminder

 
With all the festivities and busyness at this time of year, it can be easy to overlook taking time for your own self-care. Consider carving out a little time each day just for you. Here are some ideas:
  • Meditate, if only for a five minutes. Sit quietly, close your eyes, take several deep slow breaths and just sit. 
  • Make a list of all the little things that are bothering you. Get them down on paper.
  • Get outside for a walk. If it’s cold, bundle up and get some fresh air.
  • Take a bubble bath; relax and read a novel in the tub.
  • Make a big pot of healthy soup. Store some soup in the freezer for quick meals. 
  • Schedule a massage for yourself.
