The Shortest Day of the Year

Today is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. It is a great metaphor to remind us of the passing of time. Besides prioritizing our day-to-day activities, it reminds us of the importance of looking at the bigger picture of life. Consider:
  • What do you want to accomplish in your lifetime?
  • What people are the most important to you?
  • What causes are the most compelling?
  • What values are most important to you?
This week, honor the solstice by spending some time writing about the bigger picture of your life, what you want, what’s important to you, and what is most compelling.
