Name Your Day!

In the United States, yesterday was President’s Day. It began as a celebration of the birthday of our first president, George Washington. Now, the holiday has come to represent a celebration of all presidents (as well as creating a three-day weekend).

Consider this…what if you could create a day to celebrate what is important to you? For example, I would love to create these special days:

• Journaling Day

• Library Day 

• Great Films Day

• Mystery Novels Day

• Popcorn Day

Give it a try. Write a short list of special days you would like to celebrate. Take a few more minutes and describe what you would want to do on each of those days to celebrate.

It’s actually quite fun. Try it and share your experience below.
