To Believe or Not to Believe

Two quotations from former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt nicely sum up this month’s discussion about freedom. Both quotations reference an important quality - the freedom to believe or not to believe.

The first quotation, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent," speaks to not believing those things that are said in an effort to make you feel less than or not good enough.

The second quotation, "You must do the things you think you cannot do," speaks to believing in your own possibility and potential.

This week, use your freedom of choice to notice those moments when you choose to believe or disbelieve. Notice how it feels when you take charge of your own beliefs.

Make some notes and share your thoughts below.

Take good care!
