Practicing Your Strengths

You probably do already know your strengths. But if you are having trouble figuring it out, think about:
  • What comes easiest to you? For example: Writing, teaching, making art, accounting, sewing, building, tinkering with gadgets, or cooking.
  • What do others tell you that you do well? For example: Public speaking, chairing meetings or committees, meeting new people, working on-line, fixing mechanical problems, or helping others?
  • What activities do you do that make you the happiest? For example: Walking in the woods, reading quietly, being contemplative, socializing with others, working on a team, or being a leader?

This week, continue to do some thinking about what you are good at, what others tell you that you are good at, and what activities make you the happiest.

Make some notes, particularly anything that surprises you, and share your observations below.

Take good care!
