- Do you have regular time out planned into your schedule during the day?
- Do you have one day a week, or even part of a day you use for renewal and self-care?
- Do you have a regular artist’s date scheduled each week?
- Try planning your next vacation as soon as you return from your last one.
- When was your last vacation? If you can’t remember, plan one now!
Sometimes even with the best of intentions, we get overwhelmed and just plain tired out. Pay attention to your energy. Respect your body and your limitations. Be as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else.

Happy Friday Susan :-),
Having lived through a major burnout several years ago, I take great care now not to allow anything similar to repeat itself. Burning out is not a very cool experience, and can creep up and slap you silly without much warning.
What works very well is simply to fill your life with as much variety as possible. Do fun, happy stuff that is stimulating and healthy. While you're at it, you'll derive a whole lot of satisfaction from activities that help other people enhance their lives. Truly a win win situation...
All the best,
Jon
