Attitude of Gratitude

If you haven’t done this in awhile, it might be a good idea to stop and take note of all the things in your daily bucket that you are grateful for. Consider all the different aspects of your life––your family, friends, work, lifestyle, and so on. Here are some examples to get you started. You can express your gratitude for
  • Your health
  • Your spouse or partner
  • Your children or grandchildren
  • Your job, workplace, business associates or colleagues
  • All that you own—your car, home, clothes, or books
  • All that you have learned from teachers, school or on your own
  • The food you shop for, prepare and eat
  • Leisure time, vacation, or holidays
  • Inspired moments, beautiful weather, the first day of spring
Begin your own Gratitude List and let us know your thoughts by taking just a moment to share your experience below.

Take good care,
