How are You Weathering the Weather?

March has been called the month that comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. Depending on where you live, you may be in the middle of a snowstorm or watching the first spring robin appear. Like the weather, sometimes our lives can change drastically from day to day. How do you weather the day-to-day changes that life throws you? Consider these questions, to remain calm and stable no matter what the weather:
  • Do you have a sense of the Big Picture of your life, what you want and where you are going?

  • Do you have healthy daily habits in place like your diet, exercise, journaling, and meditation?

  • Are you current and open with those friends and loved ones important to you?

  • Are you able to keep your sense of humor and put ups and downs in perspective?
